Third-Party API Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Overview & Scope
This Third-Party API Privacy Policy explains how Soleox LLC (“Soleox”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) connects to, extracts, processes, and protects data pools accessed via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) from your tech ecosystem. This policy supplements our primary corporate Privacy Policy and applies strictly to the data workflows engineered inside our automated dashboard indices.
2. Read-Only API Architecture & Data Collection
To deliver automated business intelligence and predictive analysis models without altering or risking your live operational environments, Soleox relies on secure, read-only authentication scripts. We extract data arrays solely to populate your private dashboards, including:
- CRM & Lead Sourcing Data: Production pipelines, client interaction milestones, and active distribution arrays.
- Transaction Management Data: Transaction updates, escrow statuses, file completions, and multi-tier agent split tracks.
- Accounting & Operational Metrics: Operating expense allocations, brokerage splits, sliding commission cap structures, and historic marketing capital pools.
Our data connections utilize read-only protocols designed to prevent modifications to your databases. Our tools are built to avoid modifying, overwriting, deleting, or injecting data back into your baseline source systems during normal operation.
3. Purpose of Processing & AI Analytics
The data compiled through third-party APIs is cleaned and mapped for the following processing scopes:
- Generating financial tracking views, agent leaderboards, and capital allocation assessments.
- Executing forward-looking forecasting arrays (such as ARIMA+ models) to isolate your 90-day cash runways, profit peaks, and capital burn velocities.
- Optimizing lead-source performance to identify high-margin cash paths and eliminate resource-draining avenues.
4. Data Protection & Cloud Isolation
Handling custom real estate metrics pipelines demands absolute discretion. We safeguard extracted metrics using enterprise-level technical guards:
- Isolated Environments: All extraction pipelines route within securely walled Google Cloud instances.
- Encryption Protocols: We employ industry-standard encryption protocols, which typically include TLS 1.3 for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest inside our backend processing channels.
- Zero Data Commingling: Each team’s extracted datasets exist in isolated database nodes. Your numbers are never mixed, aggregated, or processed alongside other clients’ metrics pools.
While we deploy strict security protocols to safe-keep your numbers, Client acknowledges that data transmissions over third-party networks carry native risks. All metrics processing allocations are subject to the liability restrictions and disclaimers outlined inside our core Terms of Service.
5. Third-Party Data Disclosures
Soleox does not trade, rent, sell, or monetize your business metrics, database structures, or transactional pipelines to advertising exchanges, data brokers, or outside entities. Data elements are only visible to the engineering personnel managing your specific layout deployments and to authenticated users within your organization.
6. Data Retainment & Revocation of Rights
You retain absolute dominion over your tech ecosystem’s access tokens. You can terminate our read-only API access loops at any moment by revoking authorization tokens directly within your core platform settings (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Open To Close, QuickBooks).
Upon connection termination, active production data will be removed from our primary systems, and we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or overwrite remaining data footprints in accordance with our standard backup retention cycles.
7. Contact and Inquiries
For questions or modifications regarding your API integration permissions, cloud processing pathways, or data extraction permissions, please submit an optimization inquiry directly through our primary site communication channels.
